At a donors' dinner the night before his inauguration, president-erect Donald Trump waxed poetically about his winning campaign's highlight moments, cracking jokes and even dragging Kellyanne Conway on stage to thank her for being such a great campaign manager and sufficiently unattractive for him not to hit on her all the time.
